In this installment, I discuss the five standards for conducting an OFCCP-compliant compensation self evaluation. The five standards center around (1) the construction of similarly situated employee groupings, (2) sample size needed for meaningful statistical analysis, (3) the statistical analysis itself, (4) investigation and rememdiation of statistically significant disparities, and (5) contemporaneous creation and retention of data.
